Care Haven strives to eliminate barriers to specialty healthcare in Canada.
Creating a robust network of specialized healthcare providers, Care Haven works to achieve two intertwining goals: to connect patients to specialty healthcare without suffering long wait times and to create an easy passage to treatment.
We work directly as well as partner with all stakeholders so we can be hand in hand with patients every step of the way through their path to care and recovery, this is how Care Haven looks after the whole process from diagnosis to treatment, while patients focus on getting better.
To achieve our goals, we target one Specialty at a time and our team will do everything possible to find, build, advocate for our programs to help patients.
